Fractional Ownership

Silver Leaf Estate provides a perfect platform for fractional ownership at affordable rates. The developer will sell ownership in equal shares to 13 stakeholders, who may then elect to sell 50% of their respective shares to 3rd parties. Each of the 13 stakeholders has the right of use of 4 weeks per annum, split up in 1-week periods. The sub-selling of 50% shares reduces the right of use to 2 weeks per annum. These times rotate on an annual basis. The weeks start on a Monday at 1pm and end the next Monday at 10am.
